Mat Class

Pilates Mat work engages your mind and body through a series of controlled exercises to build on core awareness and strength while integrating breath, fluidity and balance.


Mat with Magic Class:

Pilates Mat exercises incorporating a resistance ring known as a magic circle. Standing, sitting and lying exercises designed to tone the upper and lower body.  Especially great for hard to tone areas like the back of the upper arm and inner thighs.


Circuit Class:

A class designed for 3 people with prior Pilates equipment knowledge. In this energetic class you will circuit through the reformer, wunda chair, spine corrector and mat. Circuit class is a great compliment to your private sessions.
